The Walthamstow Pumphouse Museum is a British museum based in Walthamstow, London. The museum focuses on the pioneering achievements in road, rail, air and sea transport in Waltham Forest and the surrounding area, including the Lea Valley, from the early 19th century. The aim of the museum is to showcase how the coming of industrial development affected the Waltham Forest, the surrounding area and its people. The museum contains many areas displaying various artifacts, including Routemaster buses, a pair of Marshall C class steam engines, and various fire fighting vehicles.
The museum is contained in and around Low Hall Pumping Station, a sewage pumping station dating from 1885, whose buildings are Grade II listed. It previously operated as The Pump House Steam and Transport Museum Trust and is still under development. It remains open for public viewing at certain times.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=Walthamstow Pumphouse Museum / Company Overview )
